All kinds of places to find that information:
- wikipedia
- astronomy.com
- space.com
- any star atlas (with ephemeris) or most world atlases
- the USGS website

I had to have a camera put up mine once for a bladder check and it burnt a bit for a day or 2. they told me to drink lots of water and keep peeing. if it is still sore after a few days i would call the doctor and ask them

Just drink plenty of water and don't strain (push) when you urinate. It may take a little time, but you'll get used to it again. Take a painkiller if it is excruciating, which it is, I know.
I had a catheter in for longer than I want to try to remember - I was in a coma. It took a little time to become adjusted to normal urination, but I did.

Drink a lot of water the pain is from the salts in the urine.
the more water you drink the more diluted the salts=less pain

It isn't the fact that you had a catheter inserted, it is that you now have a bladder infection because you had a catheter inserted. You will need to see a doctor for antibiotics. It will not go away on its own. There are pills available OTC called Azo Standard; they will help mask the symptoms until you can get to a doctor. Be warned...Azo Standard makes your urine orange, so don't panic.

You didn't say how long you'd been out of the hospital. If you had this pain while in hospital, did you report it??????
Never, ever hold the urine in. It's waste material that your body needs to get rid of. If your pain is to the point of being unbearable or doesn't improve within the next few days, get yourself off to the doctor!!!!

It is not uncommon to have some discomfort after having a catheter in. If the discomfort lasts more than a day or so, I'd call your doctor b/c if the catheter is not inserted properly you can get a UTI. Don't try to avoid peeing though, urinary stasis can also lead to a UTI.
